Shipping policy
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with YoshBuddy (the “Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order through the Site, you agree to the terms set forth below.
We operate from the Netherlands and ship to customers located in the European Union, the United States, and other international destinations.
Order Processing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following successful payment authorization, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Processing time refers to the time required to verify, prepare, and dispatch an order and does not include transit time.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
Shipping and Transit Time
Estimated delivery time is generally between 5 and 12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, local postal services, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events shall not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation.
International Shipping and Customs
For international orders, you acknowledge that customs processing may cause additional delays.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned or destroyed, in which case original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in tracking updates once the package is in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure timely receipt of the package.
Delivery Confirmation and Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered to the address provided, the order shall be considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Customers are encouraged to ensure secure delivery locations.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.
If an order is returned to sender and the customer requests cancellation, original shipping costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a carrier attempts delivery and the package is not collected, refused, or otherwise undeliverable, it may be returned to sender or held by the carrier.
In such cases, we are not responsible for additional fees or delays. Reshipment may require payment of additional shipping costs.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, governmental actions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.
Order Confirmation
Upon successful placement of an order, you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing the details of your purchase. It is your responsibility to review this information and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
